As a senior team member, Mark establishes and maintains close relationships with a range of institutional investors across Asia. He acts as a trusted advisor to Rede's GP clients, providing insights into the investor landscape and market trends. Mark was previously at NPS as a Senior Investment professional for over a decade, and a principal investor at a Korean investment bank before that where he began his career.

Declan brings over 27 years of capital market experience covering private equity, credit, infrastructure and public equities.

Prior to joining Rede, Declan advised on bespoke assignments with investment managers looking to develop & grow their business in Japan. He previously held several roles including Marketing Director at ECM Asset Management (part of Wells Fargo Asset Management).
