Unays works in Rede’s Transactions team, helping advise Rede’s broad network of clients on bespoke, structured solutions.
Unays joined Rede from the Strategic Profitability Insights group within KPMG Transaction Services, where he provided a range of quantitative commercial and financial due diligence across M&A deals. He previously held roles at KPMG within Financial Modelling and Strategy Consulting.
Unays holds a joint honours in Chemistry and Molecular Physics from the University of Nottingham.
