Tilly Rayner

Tilly is a Team Assistant within Rede's support team.

She provides support to Rede’s Advisory team with logistical functions including diary management, travel planning and client liaison and provides secondary support to the senior leadership team.

Prior to joining Rede, Tilly supported two founders at a start-up venture capital firm. Prior to this, she worked as a ballet teacher and managing the operations for a dance school.

Tilly trained as a professional dancer at Performers College.
