Stephen Bough

Stephen is an Advisor to Rede and joined the Board of Rede in 2021.

Stephen was previously a Partner at Hg Capital, a leading investor in European and transatlantic software and services businesses. Spending over 24 years with Hg, Stephen was the firm’s COO/CFO and was part of the Executive Committee responsible for the day-to-day running of the business.

He remains a Non-Executive Board member and advisor to Hg. He is also a senior advisor to Asper, an investment manager focused on building sustainable real assets.

Prior to his time at Hg, Stephen spent 10 years at Prudential where he trained as an accountant and held various finance leadership roles.
