Julie Prewer

Julie is a Managing Director in Rede's Transactions team.

As a senior team member with over 15 years’ fundraising and transactions experience, Julie acts as a trusted advisor to Rede's GP clients. Within Transactions, she leads on the delivery of both equity and debt solutions, whilst maintaining relationships with secondary investors and lenders.  Within Advisory, she leads on individual fundraises and provides ongoing strategic advice and market perspectives, as well as close oversight of fundraising processes.

Prior to joining Rede, Julie spent three years at Actis, working in the firm’s investor relations and fundraising team. Prior to Actis, she worked in the financial services M&A sector, having started her career at Ernst & Young and subsequently moving to Fenchurch Advisory Partners.

Julie holds an MSc in Criminology & Criminal Justice from the University of Oxford and a BSc in Psychology from University College London.
