Ian Flavell

Ian is a Partner and Head of Rede’s Advisory team in North America.

His responsibilities include overseeing the preparation and execution of all North American fundraising engagements, offering strategic advice to Rede’s GP clients, and providing oversight of the firm’s activities in private credit. With more than 15 years of experience in private equity and alternative investments, Ian has advised a broad range of private equity firms across North America and Europe.

Prior to joining Rede, Ian worked in various international roles at Barclays across the business’ Portfolio Management, Structured Products, and Derivatives divisions.

He holds a BSc in Economics from the University of Bristol and is a CFA Charterholder.
