Fergus Bibby
Fergus is a Senior Associate in Rede's Capital Solutions team.
Fergus advises on a broad range of GP-led secondary transactions, including continuation vehicles, single-asset transfers, strip sales, M&A, and minority equity direct transactions, as well as alternative liquidity solutions.
Prior to joining Rede, Fergus was a member of Raymond James's Financial Services investment banking team, where he specialised in M&A transactions in the Asset & Wealth Management space. He began his career at Aberdeen Asset Management.
Fergus holds an MA (Hons) in History from the University of Edinburgh.
