Scott Church interviews Ambienta's Nino Tronchetti Provera and Synova Capital's David Menton at the BVCA Summit

What does it take to make your vision a reality? And what comes first, the vision or the visionary?

Rede Founding Partner Scott Church hosted the 'Fireside Chat' at this year's BVCA Summit in London. He was privileged to interview two Visionaries. Nino Tronchetti Provera is the founder of Ambienta, Europe's largest sustainability-focused Private Equity investor; while David Menton is a Founding Partner of Synova Capital, a leading UK growth investor established in 2007.

Both founders shared their journey from initial vision to the reality of helming a leading, celebrated and high performing GP. They highlighted the resilience needed to see the project through the tough early years, as well as the critical importance of establishing a strong, empowering team culture.
