Rede Partners featured in Real Deals Future 40: Climate Change Champion List

Rede Partners named by Real Deals for pioneering role in capital formation for sustainability and climate strategies.

We are very proud to be featured on the 2023 Real Deals Future 40: Climate Change Champions list of the top GPs, LPs and advisers that exemplify the importance of incorporating sustainability and climate-related opportunities into their approaches.

Real Deals recognised the role we have played in mobilising capital for decarbonisation, energy transition and sustainability/impact investment strategies in addition to our own commitment to carbon neutrality. We raised our first sustainability fund for clients in 2013, established a dedicated team in 2019, and have closed more than $9.4bn (even more than stated below in the article) for 9 managers. We are the only fundraising adviser on the list, featuring alongside many of our current and past clients who continue to deliver transformational, net positive impact. It is the insights and perspectives gathered through these partnerships that enable us to provide the best possible advice to GPs and LPs and give us an influential voice amongst key decision makers in the market.

Our thanks to the jury for their recognition. Full write up below:

“Rede Partners has played a pioneering role in raising more than $6.1bn for impact managers since its first impact fund in 2013. Focused on decarbonisation and transition products, the firm committed to carbon neutrality in 2019, actively reducing emissions and offsetting the rest through an investment scheme. With a dedicated impact team, Rede Partners collaborates with leading impact GPs and generalists launching new impact strategies. In-house due diligence ensures high quality investments with clear impact objectives. Each Rede impact fund targets businesses contributing to global sustainability trends. The company engages in impactful research, surveys and industry events to raise awareness and action on impact and climate issues. Rede is preparing for its inaugural Climate Forum, engaging decision makers in discussions on decarbonisation across asset classes.”
