The Rede Summer Internship and Analyst Programme

Our schemes have intakes every year, taking on students and recent graduates looking to begin their Private Equity career journey.

What we look for…

We encourage applications from graduands / soon-to-be graduates who are enthusiastic, organised, diligent, and detail-oriented with some exposure or interest in Private Equity or Private Placement.

The application process for 2024 Summer Intern and Analyst Programmes has now closed. Applications for 2025 will open in Autumn 2024.

  • Our Intern programme runs each Summer and provides an opportunity to work closely with one of our front office business lines, as well as gaining insight into the wider Rede business through value-add projects. Based in our London office and running over 9 weeks, successful applicants will gain a deep understanding of the private equity landscape. For top performers, there is also the opportunity to return as a Graduate once their university course is completed.

  • Each year our Analyst Programme takes on students and recent graduates looking to begin their Private Equity career journey.

Based in our London office, successful candidates benefit from extensive training and complete rotations across a number of business areas, including Advisory, Impact, Origination, Credit and Transactions, providing a well-rounded introduction and understanding of our approach to business and the clients we support.

It is a fantastic opportunity to learn from our market-leading team of experts and contribute to our work supporting some of the best private equity firms in Europe and North America.

  • The Analyst Programme begins with a three-week training programme covering an introduction to Rede and to Private Equity. This interactive training programme includes sessions with experts from each of our business areas. Regular training continues throughout the scheme to introduce our graduates to our Centres of Excellence and technical-based skills.

"Everyone at Rede is so fun and welcoming it's a fantastic place to work. I find myself learning so fast because the exposure you get at the junior level is absolutely brilliant."
