Rede’s Analyst Programmes and Internships

We’re excited to announce that our annual Graduate Analyst and Summer Analyst Intern Programmes are open to students and recent graduates eager to begin their career journey in Private Equity.

This year, we’re proud to continue our NYC Analyst Program for its second year, and to launch both our first-ever NYC Summer Analyst Intern Program and London Industrial Placement Programme.

What we are looking for…

  • Join Rede Partners for an 8-week internship in summer 2026, based in our London office. Designed for students in their penultimate year (graduating in 2027), this programme offers early exposure to Private Equity and Fundraising Advisory. You’ll develop practical skills, contribute to live projects, and learn directly from experienced professionals in a high-performing team. You will receive hands-on training, contribute to live mandates, and build a well-rounded foundation in private markets advisory as part of an award-winning firm.   • Rede Partners is launching its first Industrial Placement Programme, offering a 6–12 month opportunity starting in summer 2026. This role is open to students completing a placement year between 2026 and 2027 as part of their degree. As a placement student, you’ll gain real-world experience across our high-impact teams, contributing to live transactions and client projects. We are looking for proactive, clear communicators with a genuine passion for private markets and a strong appetite to learn. Apply here.

  • Our Off-Cycle Internship begins in January 2026 and runs for 4–12 months. Open to recent graduates (class of 2025) or students undertaking a gap year as part of their academic studies, this programme offers valuable experience outside of the typical recruitment cycle. You’ll work alongside senior professionals on live client engagements and develop a deep understanding of fundraising advisory.
