As a senior member of Rede’s partnership team, Charles provides strategic oversight of the Asia business, giving tactical advice to our GP and LP clients alike. With deep knowledge in both the Asian investor landscape, and having invested across the Asian private equity both on primary and secondary capital solutions investments, he brings over 20 years’ private markets experience to bear.

Prior to joining Rede, Tingshan spent five years as an investment professional at the National University of Singapore Endowment. She worked across both public and private markets, with a focus on sustainability and climate opportunities. She also played a key role in developing and implementing the endowment’s sustainability and climate framework.

Prior to joining Rede, Demi has 4 years experience of investment banking on the China team at Goldman Sachs, following university at UC Berkley with a BA in Economics.

Edith supports investor relationship management, developing Rede's knowledge of the investor universe, and provides logistical management of client roadshows. Edith has over 19 years' of administrative experience within Private Equity.

Prior to Rede, Edith worked for Warburg Pincus, MBK Partners and KBC Financial Products. Edith holds a degree in marketing communications from the University of Canberra.

Angel supports investor relationship management, developing Rede's knowledge of the investor universe, and provides logistical management of client roadshows.

Prior to joining Rede, Angel worked for Tencent, Morgan Stanley and Mizuho Securities, focusing on corporate access, investor roadshows and logistical coordination.

Cherry provides direct support for Senior Management in Hong Kong with logistical functions including diary management, travel planning and client liaison.

Prior to joining Rede, Cherry worked for S&P Global, Blackrock Asset Management and has over 7 years' administratove experience within financial services.
